SRLand Properties is an established brand name with over 45 years of experiences from the original trademark, Sri Ratu Department Store and Supermarket. Nowadays successfully developing, marketing and operating various properties across Indonesia.

Company History

The company started in Semarang, the capital city of Central Java province, on 28 July 1978 as a retail store. Founded by Mr. Resturiady Tresno Santoso and Mrs. Tutik Santoso, the retail store went with the name Sri Ratu. “Sri” derived from the Goddess of Prosperity in Javanese culture, and “Ratu” means King in traditional Javanese language. Combined, the name became the company’s mantra to achieve the outmost prosperity.

SRLand Properties is a diversiﬁed property developer focused in Central and East Java provinces. The company’s portfolio of premium properties, started in 1978 with retail and department stores across several cities. When thegame changes, Sri Ratu then became SRLand Properties, focusing on Apartment Developments, Mall Developments, Property Management Services, Culinary and Hospitality Services. The company is vertically integrated across the full real estate value chain from land acquisition, property development, marketing and operational management.

SRLand Properties were known to be the pioneer of modern shopping mall concepts in the City of Madiun, Kediri and Tegal, by combining various tenants in a shopping mall. It has successful track records and reputations within the property industries and has secured strong long-term relationship with tenants, and in year 2020 Srland Properties will develop mixed-use concept in Pemuda street, Semarang CBD Area, Central Java.

History

The ﬁrst decade after being birth, Sri Ratu grew to be the ﬁrst choice of destination to shop in Semarang, with their ﬁrst two stores, Sri Ratu Pemuda and Sri Ratu Peterongan. The year 1990 marked the company’s expansion to the city of Pekalongan by developing Sri Ratu Pekalongan. Later, not only expanding to several cities at Central Java, Sri Ratu also penetrate East Java market in 1995 by opening their ﬁrst store in the city of Madiun, and then Kediri in 1998. By the end of 2001 the ﬁrst Shopping Mall concept was implemented by the opening of Paciﬁc Mall at the city of Tegal.

Now, commanded by Ms. Vonny Santoso, Sri Ratu strengthened its existence by focusing on Mall Developments and Property Management Services, continuing to grow to become one of the leading property developers in Indonesia, supported with a well-balanced marketing and operational team. The brand SRLand Properties then devised in 2020 as holdings to existing and future properties, which more to come by SRLand Properties.
