QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or other related majors.
• Min. 3 years experience in the same position
• Proficient in conducting preventive maintenance and budgeting analysis
• Have good leadership and can work with targets.
• Have a strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building layout systems.
• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Willing to work in Semarang, Central Java
